Physical Therapy
Pain makes it difficult to enjoy life to its fullest. Our Team Health Care approach focuses on finding and eliminating the cause of your pain, not just medicating it or “managing” it. Physical therapy helps:

- reduce pain and inflammation
- increase range and ease of motion
- improve muscle strength and flexibility
- develop muscle coordination and balance
Physical therapy by itself is a highly effective approach to treating painful conditions and restoring balance by strengthening the body. Since each individual’s needs are different, our physical therapists will design a program based upon your physical condition, strengths, lifestyle, and health goals. We will also help you with exercises, stretches and home care options to facilitate your recovery. We’ll teach you how to develop lifestyle habits to prevent further injury from occurring.
When combined with chiropractic adjustments, our patients have found it to be an even more powerful means of pain relief, healing and restoration. Our patients love working with our physical therapy team and find it to be a great compliment to chiropractic care!
“I literally was in tears when I came to the clinic. I had been to doctors, was on anti-depressants, HRT and pain relievers. I had been prescribed sleeping pills, water pills… and with all this I was feeling terrible. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Tim Bertsch and the supplements he gave me made an immediate difference. I started chiropractic treatments. I kept feeling better after each appointment. I am now in physical therapy and feel better than I have felt in years. I no longer have the terrible depression and I look forward to a bright future instead of feeling that my life as a productive person was over.”
